I try to walk at least 30 minutes every day and having done for the last 45 days, I feel my, on and off back is almost gone. Thought I have not witness a drastic reduction in my weight just yet, my body feels lighter.

I sometimes listen to audio books while walking but recently I have learned to be mindful of every step I take. keeping my mind just on that and if it wanders I bring it back to my legs, to the feeling of taking the steps. I feel so much better and the feeling being connected to my body brings a certain peacefulness.
